Modulux LED C5 1.0: C5-Class Corrosion Protection

Modulux LED C5 1.0 is a High Power floodlight designed for operation in the most demanding environments with high salinity and humidity. The luminaire features certified C5-class corrosion resistance (in accordance with the ISO 12944 standard). This solution is dedicated to shipyards, seaports, oil rigs, and coastal infrastructure, where standard devices do not guarantee the required durability. It is available in color temperatures of 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, and 5700K.

Scalable Power and Superior Efficiency

The series offers flexible power configuration based on a modular system, providing a luminous flux ranging from 105,400 lm to an impressive 330,500 lm. Thanks to its high efficiency, the luminaire achieves a luminous efficacy of up to 183 lm/W. Available variants include:

• 1-segment version: 600 W and 750 W power.
• 2-segment version: 1200 W and 1500 W power.
• 3-segment version: 1800 W power.

Optics and Control

The luminaire is equipped with optical systems with beam angles of 30°x30°, 45°x45°, and 60°x60°, allowing for effective and uniform illumination of work surfaces. DALI wired control is used as standard, enabling integration with lighting management systems. The device operates stably in a wide temperature range from -30°C to +50°C.

Robust Construction

The solid housing made of die-cast aluminum (in gray) ensures IP66-level tightness and IK08 mechanical resistance (tempered glass diffuser). Due to the specific requirements of critical infrastructure and heavy industry, the luminaire is equipped with 20kV surge protection, securing the electronics against lightning strikes and power grid instability.
